ADOS Training Add-Ons

Optional Add On Workshops related to standard ADOS training
Autism assessments have changed significantly since the introduction of the ADOS and ADI-R. At that time, assessments were carried out by a much smaller range of professionals, they were face-to-face and participants on ADOS training courses were in assessment teams, had seen autism assessments and had support to help them develop the skills they learned on the training.
Fast forward to now, many assessments in UK are carried out remotely, many people that apply have not seen an autism assessment and are not working in a team that can help them develop these skills, and there is a wider range of knowledge, understanding and experience of autism.
Many people pay for training courses without knowing enough about what it involves, the knowledge, experience and skills they need to have, and the reality of finding work doing autism assessments.
The administration add-on workshop to the 4 day ADOS-2 training course is a purely practical day to provide an opportunity to develop administration skills as it is hard to do this on remote training.
A One-Day ADOS-2 Administration Workshop (Module 3 & 4)
